The Xtremely Wild crew heads for the cold shores of the Great Lakes looking for the winter homes of black bears. They may be hibernating but that doesn't mean they are sleeping as things get Xtremely Wild underground. And later, a research project designed to reintroduce grizzly bears back into the wild, gives a check of two of its star pupils. It's been a long winter with no food and a lot of sleep.
