"Mess to Masterpiece was established in a very broken state in our marriage. On the verge of a separation between my husband and I, I believe I heard God say to me through his word in Is. 54:11-12, I am going to rebuild you, my child who has suffered for so long and no one has helped you. I build you anew. Your foundation on my wisdom and I will beautify you with prosperity and strength, of great value and reflecting excellence. Our marriage was a mess, but I could hear God comforting me saying it is my masterpiece. This book is full of scenarios my husband and I share because we know that other couples may relate yet speak nothing about. We joined together to be the mouthpiece for those individuals. To speak to the things that tear families apart daily. We provide insight into our individual journeys and relationship with God to uncover how God brought us through the toughest times in our marriage. How we've both grown as individuals closer to God and then to one another. My prayer is that as you read this book, that the word of God and the testimonies will penetrate your hearts and birth a desire for reconciliation in your marriage. For it is the heart of God.
